Rental Terms

Clear and simple rules for a pleasant experience

Rental Period

  • Standard rental period is from 13:00 to the next day 12:00 (24 hours)
  • For longer rentals, terms are agreed individually

Cancellation

  • Prepayment is non-refundable upon cancellation
  • Booking changes are possible at least 24h in advance

Transport

  • Transport is by arrangement
  • Self-transport is possible with a vehicle equipped with a tow hitch
  • The renter is responsible for safe transport when self-transporting

Usage

  • The renter must follow the setup guide
  • Heating without water is strictly prohibited!
  • The product must not be moved when filled or with a hot stove
  • The hot tub must not be drained before embers have cooled
  • The surface must be level and firm

Liability

  • The renter is responsible for the product during the entire rental period
  • In case of damage, the renter must cover repair or replacement costs
  • The lessor is not liable for injuries incurred during product use
  • Product use is at the renter's own risk

Return

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Ash must be removed from the stove
  • Any rubbish must be cleaned up
